SHOPPERS

Shoppers is the leader of the mystery shopping market in Romania and a very important player on the training market. Shoppers provides mystery shopping studies, that indicate precisely the staff's training needs. Based on these, its experienced trainers work together with employees to deliver the right and best trainings.

Shoppers trains the commercial staff, the productive staff and different top and middle managers. Shoppers's experience in training the staff is built on many fields of activity and many markets. Tha trainings provided by Shoppers are based on modern methodology that help attendees to assimilate fast.

Salesmen is a small but notable player in the training market, for commercial and services. Training the staff for client services is the specialty for Salesmen.

Salesmen uses effective methods for teaching, strongly interactive and based on concrete experiences in the Romanian market. The personal experience of its trainers surpasses 10 years for each.

By 2002, the shortage of strong suppliers in Romania maintained a demand that was higher than the offer. With unofficial monopoly on the market, some companies noticed they could earn good money without investing in the quality of their services. Investments were made only in training the vendors to "persuade" customers with their "techniques".

Further on, competition got harder and profit decreased; the idea that good services retain customers spread out. Services began being measured, first at large intervals, like a regular medical control. Mystery shopping was "officially" born in Romania.

With trained staff and their performance measured, some companies still got some outcome below their potential. Since 2006, it has become clear that an ingredient had to be added to the success recipe: the leaders’ power of mobilizing people. The concern for the evaluation and development of management talents has increased.
